The Rear Brake
With a fresh 790R or 890R there are things that immediately need to be addressed! None more important than flipping the rear brake pad over, which brings the pad up and closer to the peg height. No one wants to blip a wheelie and miss the rear brake!! This also adds +5hp someone told us. 🙂

Protect the rear brake ABS cable from getting ripped off out on the trail! MotoMinded’s ABS Cable Guide works great, easy to install and is cheap protection!
ROTTWEILER TAIL TIDY KIT
Get rid of those flimsy stock turn signals in the rear! This kit is super slick, easy to install and is equipped with very bright LEDs. A bottom brake light and left/right turn signals. A must have!
ROTTWEILER REAR BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER GUARD
Another must-have protection for the rear brake! Rottweiler Performance’s Rear Brake Master Cylinder Guard protects the entire master cylinder and reservoir line connection from your boots or possible damage during a get off. Two bolts and this thing is on!
Let It Breath
ROTTWEILER RALLY EDITION FULL INTAKE
Just Wow! What a difference this intake makes to your 790/890. We installed the Pro Edition in our 790ADVR build with the stock exhaust and immediately noticed more power. The engine opens up and sounds amazing too!
The Rally Edition Carbon version has gone in the 890ADVR build. These intakes are a work of art, as well as opening up immediate power, a claimed 10+ hp on the dyno charts. After riding these bikes with this intake, you for sure can feel the power gain, especially up around 6000 rpms where the boost smoothly powers on.
Also, the install isn’t that difficult either. Chris, as always, has provided a very good installation video that walks you through installation.
ARROW RACETECH TITANIUM SLIP-ON EXHAUST SYSTEM
This slip-on exhaust straight out of the box the weight difference is very noticeable compared to the stock exhaust… almost a 4 pound difference. Not only does it provide for horsepower and torque gain it also sounds beautiful to the ears!
Protection
VANASCHE MOTORSPOTS CASE SAVER
One of the absolute must-have protection items! Don’t risk throwing your chain through your engine case… get this case saver and ride worry free. CNC machined billet aircraft grade aluminum built to protect!
AXP RACING SKID PLATE
These skid plates are tough and really add great protection around the the engine, fuel tanks and rear linkage. Made from 8mm thick HDPE plastic which really eats up impacts as well as scratches. Also there’s no annoying engine noise thats typical with alloy skid plates.
NOTE: On the 890s,the stock fuel pump guard will interfere slightly so install Rottweiler’s Fuel Pump Guard for that added protection.
Controls
GPR V5D Stabilizer Kit
Every moto I build get’s a GPR Stabilizer. Always.
With the new large adjustment knob quickly dialing the damper to the current riding condition is super quick. The new RBM mounts help absorb harsh impacts, all to make riding easier and with a lot less fatigue.
FASST COMPANY FLEXX BARS
Flexx bars are the kingpin of bars for hard enduro and luckily even adventure now. Fasst Co provides for endless variations of their bars, if you don’t see what you want, just ask them.
On the 790ADVR we are running the 15° Adventure High and on the 890ADVR the 15° Adventure Low bars with the yellow/blue elastomers.
CYCLOPS ADVENTURE MULTI-FUNCTION TURN SIGNALS
EVERY adventure bike gets these! Especially the 790/890 as the stock turn signals are so bad and easily broken.
These lights from Cyclops ADV are not only very bright turn signals, but also bright running lights in front or brake lights in rear. The turn signal animation is super slick too!
